It has been a bit more than a year now since travelers have been limited on bringing liquids past security checkpoints at airports. After a plot to smuggle liquid bomb-making materials on board airplanes was uncovered in London in August last year, U.S. and foreign authorities moved to ban liquids in quantities larger than three ounces in carry-on luggage.
